All raw materials used in our ModuleDock product group are recyclable and can be reintroduced or converted back into raw material after years of commercial life. There is no part of the gas that can cause damage to the environment or damage the nature due to corrosion during the usage period.
ModuleDock has a positive effect on marine life due to its natural vegetation or natural stone formation.
Aesthetics: These kind of concrete dock models have only 1cm of gap between the units, concrete pontoons appear to be continuous. There are no any manhole or connnection box on the pontoon, no connection slot or structural elements. There are also many coating options on the concrete.
Cost: Due to the mass production, labor costs are very low and the standard quality of each module is quite high. When compared with the prices of other concrete pontoon companies, we have the opportunity to provide more affordable and reasonable budgets than products of similar characteristics.
Time: As the module blocks are smaller, the installation time and costs are quite low.

Modular Concrete Dock
ModuleDock is the ultimate floating concrete dock. It provides long-term solutions for marina and waterfront needs and offers a wide range of elements at competitive costs. ModuleDock also features safe and easy installation.
The ModuleDock floating concrete dock system is customizable, flexible and efficient, with a waler connection that permits configurations of any size. Individual modules can be easily replaced or reconfigured to satisfy changing market conditions and size requirements.
PONTOON INSTALLATION OPTIONS
ModuleDock does not require any special size production. Since it can be produced as a serial production in the factory environment, it is much more advantageous the the equivalent products in terms of both capacity and cost.
Since 2006, HSB Marine has been manufacturing MOduleDock concrete pontoons for 10 years. In 2019, the company has been manufactured over 5320 piece of ModuleDock for local and international projects.
We are the only producer of the Caspian, Arabian Peninsula and the Middle East with an annual production capacity of 8 km pontoon per year.

A. Main Walkway: It is used with parallel connection method in widths of 4 meters and more.
B. Standard Marina Pontoon: Standard boat mooring pier is made of freeboard and 45-75cm.
C. Finger pontoon : It is used to increase the mooring capacity and to arrange berthing port.
1. Stainlees Steel or Aluminium Pile Guide Internal-Type : These pile guides, which are planned inside the frame, must be in both aesthetic and continuous docking.
2. Stainlees Steel or Aluminium Pile Guide External-Type: It is mounted on the outer part of the scaffolding block. It is manufactured as stainless, aluminum and galvanized. 3.Pedestal: The planned service facilities in the production facility in the quay reach to the side of the boats such as electricity and water services.
4. Pipe Cap: It is applied on the steel pipes used for fixing. We have FRP production.
5. Cleat: 2 tons to 14 tons of rams or father application is ready.
6. Rubber fender: 8cm-30cm D-type rubber fenders protect the dock from external impacts.
This type of concrete docks width is available in pontoon models up to 300 cm. Boat berthing pier, tourism piers, standard marina docks and floating walkways in applications such as. Freeboard (above water) is preferred up to a maximum of 75cm. The natural stretching ability of the pier is a suitable model for wild water conditions. .
This pontoon connection model is applied for large docks over 3 meters. It can be applied in widths up to 10 meters. This model is highly balanced and has high loading capacity and is used for industrial applications. It is used in many high capacity works such as floating bridge, floating dock, landing pier, cargo pier and military ship berthing dock. It is suitable for all your needs up to 110cm as freeboard.
