HOW WE DO IT
Our team of engineering experts performs a site inspection, assessment and analysis. Then we design the best solution for the site and its needs. We present shop drawings for client approval, after which we begin the manufacturing. We manage the necessary logistics, transport the manufactured materials to the site and install the system, completing the project.

ENGINEERING

Our designers and architectsdraw up plans and our visual team works with our architecture and design team to create a virtual prototype of your product. All teams are at the same time consulting and collaborating with other departments.
INSPECTION

We visit each job site and collect all the necessary information about environmental conditions like wind force and wave action. We also study the site topography and examine relevant bathymetry reports.

DESIGN

With the information gathered from the site inspection, our engineers develop strategic, site-specific solutions that satisfy our customers’ needs.

CALCULATIONS

Our engineers use the latest technologies such as 3DFlow, SAP2000 to analyse and calculate the live/dead loads, wave and wind forces, berthing and tidal effects. These calculations determine our selection of the optimal materials for production and construction.

VISUALISATION

We use architects and property developers to craft architectural models and animations to bring your project’s beautifully imagined structures and spaces to life in 3D.

SUBMISSIONS

After receiving approval to proceed with production, we submit our shop drawings and material samples for approval.

PRODUCTION

Our main production site is in Adana, on the South coast of Turkey. The factory is located close to an international seaport which allows the manufactured pontoons to be loaded directly onto a trans-atlantic delivery ship. All of our pontoons can be built at this production site; alternatively, pontoons can be built at the job site, which lowers costs and the environmental impact of transport.

FACTORY PRODUCTION

Our 3000 m2 closed facility consists of a CNC EPS cutting shop, a metal workshop and a concrete casting area with adaily production capacity of 60-70m2 pontoons. Our highly trained quality control engineers supervise all production on the premises.

JOB SITE PRODUCTION

Clients will benefit from lower manufacturing and logistical costs and faster production and installation times when production takes place at the job site. Our team of professionals can produce up to 100 m2 of pontoons daily without sacrificing quality.

INSTALLATION

The finished products are transported to the site. Once there, our team of professionals will use their expertise to determine the anchoring strategy (pile guides or sinker block/chain) and ensure the installation is completed swiftly and efficiently.
